To improve climate change services and early warning systems to save lives and livelihoods, NICRA intends to close the capacity gap in data collection and analysis for fundamental hydroclimatic variables. The Center aims to assist the most vulnerable individuals in preparing for, recovering from, and adapting to the effects of climate change.
